Payment and shipping

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

Current legal requirements for cross-border shipping within the EU involve a significant amount of additional administrative work for a small independent shop. For this reason, we have reluctantly decided to suspend shipping to other EU countries for the time being.

We truly regret having to take this step – especially since Gears of Riot has already reached customers outside Germany. As soon as the regulatory requirements become reasonably manageable, we hope to make shipping to other European countries available again.

Shipping and packaging fee of EUR 5.90 per order, including VAT. Delivery is carried out by a shipping service provider of our choice.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany in 8-10 business days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
