Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

We currently ship exclusively to Germany, Austria, France and the Benelux countries. Shipping to other countries is unfortunately not available at this time.

Shipping and packaging fee of EUR 5.90 per order, including VAT. Delivery is carried out by a shipping service provider of our choice.

Free shipping from an order value of EUR 80.-

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany, Austria, France and the Benelux countries within 8-10 business days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
