Who can take part?
Our discount promotions are exclusively aimed at consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) – in other words, private customers. Businesses, resellers and commercial buyers are excluded.
How long does the deal run?
Every promotion has a clear start and end date. You will find the exact promotional period in the header of our website and in our newsletter.
What exactly do I get?
Our discount promotions generally apply to all products offered unless otherwise stated for the respective promotion. Shipping costs are not discounted. Enter the current code at checkout and the discount will automatically be applied to the eligible products.
Unless otherwise stated, there is no minimum order value and the discount code can be redeemed once per customer.
Can it be combined with other offers?
Our discount promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated for the respective promotion.
No cash, no swaps, no drama
Discounts cannot be paid out in cash or applied retrospectively to orders that have already been completed. In the event of a return, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned item.
Changes & cancellation
We reserve the right to change or end promotions early in the event of misuse or for other important reasons.
What applies legally?
