I received an incorrect or faulty item

If an item has arrived faulty due to our mistake, please notify us immediately after receiving it by email at info@gearsofriot.de. Document the issue, attach a photo, and include your order number (six digits, always ending with an 8). You can find it, for example, on the delivery note or in your order confirmation. We’ll forward your claim directly to our printing partner for review, who will handle the next steps in coordination with us. If you choose a replacement, it will, of course, be free of charge. If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll honor that request. Refunds are made to the payment method used for your order within 14 days.

 

I want to exercise my right of withdrawal

That’s no problem within 14 days of receiving your order.However, please keep in mind that each item is made individually to order, and returns do have an impact on our small business. So before placing your order, please make sure to consider the following:

- Make sure you really want the item!

- Check the size chart to find the right fit!

 - Be aware that delivery takes about 8–10 working days!

Please keep your proof of postage until we confirm that your return has been received.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the label code attached – this identification is very important!

Please understand that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund your purchase amount within 14 days.
