How much are the shipping costs?
Our flat rate for shipping and packaging is EUR 5.90, regardless of the number of items ordered. For orders of EUR 80 or more, shipping is free.
Can I choose the shipping company?
The choice of carrier is made solely by our printing partner, depending on requirements. Usually, your order will be delivered by DHL, Hermes, or DPD.
Are there any additional costs?
No! None of our deliveries incur customs fees or any other additional charges.
Where do my shirts and hoodies come from?
Your order is produced within the EU. We made this decision consciously – production within Germany would hardly be possible at the prices we offer. At the moment, production takes place in Spain and Latvia. Please also see our FAQ section on Returns for more details.
When will my order be delivered?
Under the section Payment and Shipping, we list a delivery time of 8–10 working days. During our own test orders, delivery was sometimes faster – but occasionally took two days longer.
Is there shipment tracking?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order has been completed and handed over to the delivery service. Since the parcels are shipped internationally and several carriers may be involved, tracking updates can sometimes take a little longer – especially when crossing borders. Based on our tests so far, deliveries have been reliable and without major issues.
My parcel was returned to you
A return shipment can happen for several reasons:
- Incorrect address
- Parcel not collected within the storage period
- Name missing on doorbell or mailbox
- Error by responsible delivery company
We’re happy to resend your parcel – just contact us.
We’ll also notify you once the returned shipment has been processed.
